What data the site collects
The site has no forms, does not ask visitors to register and does not directly collect personal data. It does not use statistics, analytics or advertising tools.
Like any website, the service that hosts it (Cloudflare) records some browsing data for technical and security reasons, such as the IP address and the type of browser. This data is used only to make the site work and to protect it, and is not used to identify visitors.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States: the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided for by the Regulation.
The fonts and all the images are served by the site itself: opening the pages sends no request to Google or to other external services.
Cookies and storage in the browser
The site does not use profiling cookies or third-party cookies.
It saves a single piece of technical information in the browser, in ‘localStorage’ under the name vs-avviso-ok: the fact that the notice at the bottom of the page has been closed, so that it does not appear again. It contains no personal data, is not sent to anyone and is deleted by clearing the site’s data from the browser.
Links to external services
The buttons and links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram open services run by other companies, which have their own privacy rules. The site does not pass any data to these services until the link is opened.

Messages and phone calls
Anyone who sends a WhatsApp message or phones provides, by their own choice, their number and the content of their message. This data is used only to answer the request (for example, to say whether a plant is in stock), is kept only for as long as necessary and is not passed on to anyone.
The legal basis is responding to a request from the person who writes or phones (Article 6(1)(b)).
